Our team doesn’t sit in a physical location. Being a service-based business combined with the advent of current communication technology means we are able to successfully screen & qualify candidates from anywhere that we have access to an internet connection. Due to this unique business makeup we’ve decided to not only permit, but encourage our employees to explore the world at their will.
This allows us to drive success in a couple of very important ways. One being that our employees have a sense of freedom and fulfillment in their personal lives that translates directly to their care, attention, and passion in their professional lives; allowing the line between the two to become blended in an incredibly positive way. Another is creating savings for our clients: since we don’t take on the overhead of leasing or purchasing expensive sq footage, we pass along our savings to our customers by maintaining competitive fees for our work.
