Zach Swartz - Founder & Head of Recruitment

Zach is the Founder of ZZ Recruitment and heads all candidate sourcing. His industry knowledge spans across electronics manufacturing, IT, and finance.  He focuses on finding the perfect additions to our client's teams and facilitates clear communication throughout the recruitment process to candidates and clients alike. In addition to business, Zach is an avid traveller, music junkie, graphic designer, and reader.

Paige Laudenback - Partner, Recruiter & Head of Sales

Paige leads our sales division establishing lasting partnerships with our various electronics manufacturing clients. She is a UCLA alumni with an unrivaled passion for business development, and has thrived within staffing and tech industries. Her focus is to establish new partnerships with companies who fit our core values, ensure client’s deliverables are met, and that we place lasting candidates on their team. Paige has an insatiable appetite for exploring the world, experiencing other cultures, and last but not least, spicy food.
